I am happy to recommend you to anyone who is thinking about having any work done in their home. 

Over the years you have undertaken a number of projects for us and I hope will undertake a few more.  I have always been happy to hand over a set of keys to the property and leave you to get on with it.  You have always finished the work on time and to a good standard. 

The flat has always been clean and tidy and we have never had any complaints from any of the other residents in the block of flats.

It is also really helpful to know that whether you are fitting a new kitchen for us or changing the heating or decorating that you either carry out the work yourself or arrange for someone you trust to undertake it.
